K-von dishes up the spice on The Style Network's new series "Hot Guys Who Cook"

Watch as he humorously teaches you how to make a Persian favorite, Zereshk Polo with Joojeh Kabob.

(For the non-Persians - that is a delicious rice mixed with tart berries and a well seasoned chicken kabob.)

    Merci! (thank you)

  • thanks but how do you make the rice

  • you have to soak it and drain water 3 times. then you have to fill pot one finger up to your first knuckle with water and then put on stove with paper towel and lid. then after all water is gone the rice will be nice and fluffy!
