This video is based around the beautiful poem 'And death shall have no dominion' by Dylan Thomas (1936) set to the astonishing music 'Untitled 3' (aka Samskeyti) by Sigur Ros. The video basically is a lead up into season 3, and kind of a summary of...everything.
We consider this our 'epic' video, we have been waiting to do this for months but wanted to wait until after the season 2 finale, and now we've done it...quite sad really. Anyway, hope you like it!! We certainly shed tears making it, so be warned!!

We do not own supernatural or the songs we use or the poem 'and death shall have no dominion' by Dylan Thomas (1936) and we do not make any profit from making videos.

  • I know I've seen this vid before, and I may have commented already, but I've just got to say how very much I adore this video. My favorite show with my favorite poem, and your audio clips just made everything that much more poignant... it really brings back all the feelings that surged through me while watching that finale - the finale that I still hold was probably the best ep (or two eps) of the show. Love it, amazing job.

  • I cried to most of this video. This is beautiful. I'm speechless.

  • Wow....this caught me off guard this is beautiful. no other word for it...Well done.

  • I pretty much loathe the show now (Dean's character is a joke - what happened to the brother that actually gave a damn about Sam? because he clearly never returned from Hell) and I despise Castiel, who is Ruby with a penis despite all the slavering, stupid fangirls, but I adore this video, which showcases what the show, with a little more thought, intelligence, and compassion, could have become.

    Amazing amazing amazing ♥

  • Oh, that was powerful. The juxtaposition of the dialog with the poetry - and that glimpse of Sam as a child, handing the prize to his brother near the end, took my breath away.

  • This is so beautiful & amazing....thank you.

  • sTILL aS kICK AS eVER!

  • Wow. Respect.

  • @Unilka...c'mon, you know the drill. If you don't have anything nice to say, please don't say anything. Criticism doesn't mean flaming.

  • Please, if you enjoyed this video, seek out and read Dylan's work. This Welshman was a genius. Cymru am byth!
