What you need to do then,. is get yourself some money and start making it !
You can either try and get seed money from a normal venture capitalist, or go with something like Kickstarter (dot) com where many people can help by pledging money to your project.

If anyone cares, I have a revolutionary design that is like nothing ever seen before. No multi-point hull design. Utilizes technology from many different areas. If only I had the funds!!! No I will not just hand over the design so don't ask. LOL

A reverse three pointer configuration has in the past spelt disaster for both the driver and craft. You only have to think about John Cobb's Crusader together with Lee Taylor's Discovery 2. Tony Fahey was more fortunate with his jet powered Miss Alton Towers (He could not get it planning) so gave up!
Russ Wick is safe though as the craft will never be built. So he can concentrate on getting "Soft Records" which he has made a profession of.

records are ment to be broken i help't and painted aussie spirit in miamitown out side of cincinnati so i know it take 's ball's to do what ken has done but it can be done if your willing to give your life it's a 50 -50 chance good luck russ you got my number if you want to go for it !!

Stupid design. How man times do designers need to be learn that rear weighted directional IMBALANCE in the aerodynamics of a high speed boat are essential. My God, I hate committee designs. Maybe that is why the leader is one single bloke working on his own!
