  • Cool video. I've never did a push/pull split and stuck to it. I'm training right now for a show in September so hearing it from someone else makes me a bit curious about it. I'll give it a shot over the next month, if not for anything for muscle confusion, to see how it works out. I'm right at 210 right now trying to put on a little fat so I can get up to 230, I'm posing right around 190 normally.

  • @dominicanhombre I really like this kind of routine as well as upper/lower splits. Best of luck with your show.

  • ahha I think you should use a piece of wood or a couple plates next time for calf raises because that stupid plastic was bending like crazy lol. One question I have is for incline barbell press how far do you go down? I heard people tell me don't touch chest because that is overstretching the shoulders and others say you have to touch. I don't know which one is biochemically better?

  • @boby6 Yeah def need to bring one in! As far as incline goes I've had trouble in the past touching my chest, some due to tightness/flexibility as well as going too heavy. I try to touch it now even if it means dropping weight.

  • just so u know the bar on the smith machine actually weighs 15 pounds not 45 like a regular olympic bar so u were actually military pressing 195 not 225

  • @yuvrajdiwan123 Yeah it's just easier to track this way as far as weights go!
