Here is proof that kids can do this! She is 10 and chugging a 12 ounce glass of lemon water with 2 heaping Tablespoons of Vitamineral Green. Once kids understand the value in it, they do it.

  • Im sippin on some VMG as we speak :-)

  • im proud of you guys

  • she'll like Vitamineral Green much better in a green smoothie and she won't even taste the greens. I used Collard greens, 1 banana, 1 apple, 1 packet of stevia in a blender.

  • No, but that is something I would like to incorporate into our diets.

  • Have you ever tried e3live Liquid Raw algae ?

  • I agree 100% that fresh and whole is the best! I do keep powder on hand when I run out or don't have time. Something is better than nothing.

I dream of never needing anything from a jar, and enjoying all the nutrient dense foods this world has to offer. Hopefully, that will happen soon.

  • I always wondered, i know the makers of these various so called Raw Green Powders claim they are loaded with Nutrition

But how can anything in a glass Jar sitting on a shelf that doesnt have to be Refrigerated truly be considered Raw and loaded with real living Nutrition ?

David Wolfe even claims that his Green Powder is MORE nutritious than fresh organic green Vegs, how is that possible since it has a shelf life of years and it seems 'dead' in a bottle on a shelf ?

  • What a brave girl! LOL!

Just the look of it made me cringe. I just got into doing some smoothies in the morning and adding some veggies which is awesome because you can barely taste them and my kids LOVE them. I even snuck one in on my Husband. He wasn't too thrilled with me when he found out it had greens. Buahahaha :0)

  • My favorite moment is when Meg gives us a green smile. Haha, that's my girl!
