Veteran rocker JOE SATRIANI is seeking "any and all profits" from the title track of their smash hit album Viva La Vida.
He claims it incorporates "substantial original portions" of his 2004 song If I Could Fly.
The strummer has filed a law suit against the band - who share the songwriting credit on the single - in a Los Angeles federal court.
He wants a jury trial for alleged copyright infringement.
