  • @MrSyakir90 try it with knees bent, and not touch your toes, or do one leg at a time and touch your toe

  • At 0:13 when he pulls out the Ab-Mat, did he say "Useless?" The audio is not very clear but I had the impression he didn't like using that device much at all.
