  • specialy in varanasi...young children playing next to dead bodys burning

  • Hey Sakuratree,

same to me like tkn... I´m a Atheist, no joga or meditation, ...

And to be honest, I feel India is the most rasist country in the world and political correct people should avoid contact to Brahmins.

Also: no Buddhism left in India...only in Dharamsala where the Dalai Lama lives.

  • The IS Buddhism left in India - there is a huge neo-Buddhist movement in which dalits got/get converted to Buddhism, as Buddhism has no castes. Check up on Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. The movement is most prevalent in Maharashtra. But, yes, overall it's not very huge.

  • ..yes...less than 1% in India...even with 10.000´s of Dalits

  • It was 6 in the morning...at nine it´s crowded...only on the other side it´s still peacefull than...I make a real varanasi movie the next...month

  • wow..i just realise the coinsident. The Baba calls Peter or Steve "Joker" and later steve finds a Joker playing card ... funny India

  • Hello, tknitsmalsi. Yeah, many people say similar things about India.

  • Hey Sakuratree,

I don´t know what it is,

but not religion, meditation, joga or some kind of spirituality.

I think it´s the power of life and dead that is so close in India, which is fazinating me.

  • Hi, David! I'm a Buddhist and I'm interested in India, too. Also, I read about Budda's life and the spread of his teachings in books. What attracted you to India?

  • It looks peaceful around the river.
