Hula Hoop Hoopla...for Kelly!

EXTENDED BUTTERFLY UPDATE:

Today I spent 2 hours trying to implement Fleur's suggestion to square off my shoulders and extend more out from the pole with my arms. I had some success with that....but it doesn't look as good on the top arm as I would like.

My second practice goal was doing the LEFTY gemini to the ex-butt. I managed it one time--it was very ugly...but I got it up on the pole.

And I met another one of my pole goals...singing while poling!!

Thanks, Karol. Well,I've got a little pole downtime here...with the house filled up with in-law cousins I cannot focus or concentrate. I had gotten CLOSE to getting that gemini to butterfly on the LEFT side also...but it's very sloppy and not the way I want it to be. I did have some luck with Fleur's suggestions on squaring off my shoulders, but there is a little unwanted "TURN." I can't experiment much with the cause of it, cuz my foot hits the bookshelf, then it stops anyway, LOL!
