  • this videos are great, I ride for long distance touring. But all these exercise's are great for carrying heavy loads up big hills, without getting wore out.

  • Cool, but they're wasting some beautiful riding weather...

  • @futurehalloffamer It can be but generally speaking you work on it until you can go lower comfortability. I would suggest looking into stuff that will support lubrication of your joints before really getting into it.

  • is that not too much strain for ya knee?

  • in your other videos you say strength period should last 6-8 weeks. Are base and power the same?

  • Those r tough.
