this videos are great, I ride for long distance touring. But all these exercise's are great for carrying heavy loads up big hills, without getting wore out.
@futurehalloffamer It can be but generally speaking you work on it until you can go lower comfortability. I would suggest looking into stuff that will support lubrication of your joints before really getting into it.
