Van Morrison was always playing at our house in Flanders, and subconsiously I must have picked it up, because when I turned old enough I started to actually hear the music, and Have I Told You Lately was the easiest one to remember. I looked deeper into his music and he's now been my greatest idol for 8 years straight. Somehow though I know that it's been ever since I was born.

This reminds me of the only woman I have ever loved each time I see it. It makes me feel good and so alone all at the same time. It is truely a song that transcends music and gets to the heart of what love and life is all about...

22 yaers ago, when I first saw this video and heard this song for the very first time, that is when I decided to marry the woman I've been married to for all these years. Every time I see this video and hear this song(Van Morrison) version, I think of that time.
