  • @CoachDream2Reality, I think I'm having trouble in the nutrition , I don't follow it well , I don't eat specific meals through out the day I eat once or twice a day..I feel like I might gain weight if I eat to much..

  • @edwinko1 you definitely need to eat every 2.5 - 3 hours. if not, your metabolism will slow way down and put you in starvation mode where your body will hang on to everything it has. The key is 5-6 small meals per day. The Power 90 nutrition plan is very easy to follow. I would recommend doing that. Also check out our website for tips.

  • @CoachDream2Reality , I got a question ?..is it normal that I gain a pound or two during the week ? Cuz I'm on my 4th week and I've gone from 240 lb to 232lb , but I go back and forth to 235 lb and 233 lb ... But I notice my shorts gettin a bit loose , is it cuz sometimes I work at night and some in the mornings ? ...

  • @edwinko1 You probably need to change something in your nutrition. Are you following the nutrition plan? Make sure you make me your coach so I can help you with that.

  • @Brent2236 Thanks! That is absolutely correct. 20 pounds is AMAZING in 30 days! You should be proud of that! Either way, always remember that this is a lifestyle change and not a fad. It is a marathon... not a sprint. You will reach your goals by focusing on clean nutrition and pushing play on your workouts every day.

    I'm on day 30 of P90. Lost 20lbs so far. I keep telling myself to keep going - you don't get day 90 results on day 30! It starts accelerating because you work out harder and harder as you get fit.
