This is what happens when you do enough jiu jitsu and get bursitis... Have had this for a month and now its time to drain it after class... enjoy

  • Bad idea man. I know it seems like everything is fine, but believe me, short term fixes are never good. Especially involving your body. Sticking needles into you joints is not a good fix. Anti-inflamatories, ice, compression (eblow sleeve), elevation at night, would have been a much smart fix. good luck training.

  • @Tnig01 i did all that to help and this was the only way i could get it down like i needed... if i had insurance i would have had my doc do it...

  • I wonder if the needle touched the side of the water bottle if it contaminated the needle... before he restuck?

  • mines just about as big and will probably take about 4 syringe fills

  • yea mine did not even go down at all until a couple days after this...

  • he should've used more than one needle and disinfected it after every insertion. BUT at least it worked out
