you should have shot your last ball in the corner where the 8 ball sat. leave oyur self angle on that ball to come onto the rail for the 8. if oyu have to bank shots your not playing good position pool. how often do you see pros bank?? not often at all. this looks like 2 guys slamming balls around like they are in a bar

@MrSchmity77 The reason for me banking the eight ball is because I was forced to. In last pocket eight ball, you cannot win in your opponents pocket. Being that he played his last ball in that pocket where the eight ball sat, I chose the opposite corner because the cross corner bank was the best way to win. It may have looked like slamming around but we were just waiting for the right time to go for the win.

None taken, I know its a simple bank. That's the whole point, ask yourself how did the cue ball end up where it did for that easy bank!!!!! If I didn't leave the cue ball in that area for the bank, I would've ruined a nice run!!!!!

The game is Last pocket eight ball, this means I have to pocket the eight ball in the pocket where I pocketed my last ball. This is a lil tougher than regular eight ball which the eight ball is shot into any pocket. I hope this explanation will help you to " get it ".

@MrSchmity77 His position play was good although the table was totally empty which makes position play quite easy but i totally agree with you on the position play on the eight ball. And there was so much space for him to position himself for the eight ball, should have been better. But the fact his he made the bank shot and he won the game.

neither of you play position, you both missed a shit ton of easy shots, you play slop (really??) and think that last pocket is some kind of gentleman's game. Go back to bar tables and play 9ball. Have you ever even PLAYED one pocket? Not successfully if you have.
