What do you think of the poor mans setup, Prophet 08 PE, linked into the ASR10 audio inputs for effx? ASR10 for drums sequenced into perhaps an ipad. That would be all the synths I own and a K2000! Id be buying the Prophet 08 on ebay and wont afford a second synth for quite a long time.

@Jayguitardude The only thing that really matters is if it makes you happy and encourages you to make music! From an analog synth perspective, the P08 will give you a lot and be very versatile. Stable oscillators, 8 voice polyphony, arpeggiator, sequencer, MIDI, and lots of knobs for tweaking. Good idea going with the Pot Edition, much better hardware. Go for it!

I really like this video a lot. The Murf is one of my favorite Moogers. I don't have Voyager yet, to play lines over the top of the patches I create.
