this is not karate.. we don't use weapons in karate (hence, karate means "empty hand"), but we learn to defend against armed opponents.. and baby?? he's quite old to be a baby LOL.

but no doubt, he got some real talent :)

Not bad, for an entertainment show!. And black belt? I don't think so, actually, i know that it's not so. They seem to hand out black belts like candy these days.

Something they dont do much anymore was you had to learn the history or the art you learned before you threw your first punch but not anymore sadly. And this boy deserves more then to be made fun of on here this is impressive for his age... heck not just his age but impressive period.

lol karate might mean "empty hand" but that doesnt mean that they never use weapons study your history. The history of karate was for civilians that weren't aloud to learn to fight and weren't aloud weapons of any kind. so they always had to appear empty handed hence the name. Thats why all the weapons in karate are objects you found in everyday life at that time. Walking staff"bo", nuncks'flail" for grain and rice",tonfa" was used in turning a grinder in mills, kama "gaf for snagging fish"
