New Subscriber: Congrats on not getting sick for a week!! The little milestones are always the best (: I was told to stay away from real lean meats because they're just not as moist and too hard to digest. You look great! Congrats on all of your success!!

@PiercedCub32 Thanks for the one eye suggestion. I'll probably forget to take the eyepatch off for the video :0.

Gosh, every time I see a new video of yours, you just get thinner and thinner. You look great! And your weight loss is going pretty doggone good, especially for someone who has had so many surgeries in such a short period of time. It won't be long before you are off that cane and you will feel amazing!

you're looking great! and the hair in 2d is always crazy haha I try closing one eye in the mirror to see what it looks like on cam! Have you tried pressure cooking the chicken? I've been trying to think of ways to get the lean proteins moist, cause I hate dark meat lol.

My TenderWok Chix recipe is killer.
2 TBS Salt, 3-4 cups water, 5-6 Thawed Boneless Skinless Chix Breasts. Soak for 1/2 hour in the fridge but, rinse Chicken before you cook it. Heat some butter & olive oil in the Wok on Medium high & coat the pan. Lightly dust the chix breast in flour before placing in the pan. 1 minute each side then reduce to heat to low, cover & cook 10 minutes. Turn off stove, do not peek at the chix, leave cover on and wait another 10 minutes. Serve.
