  • I live in ths town and I go up to the town centre to see this every Boxing Day 26 Dec. It's a very English tradition and no Labpour Government is going to stop this, try as they may. OK they can't chase the foxes and more but the Hunts and Meets take place just the same all over England. This is Herefordshire, a really lovely part of England and I love living here in Ledbury...it's so beautiful and a very lively little town.

  • Afraid not. The ban stops hunting with dogs. The foxes are supposed to be killed with guns after being cornered, although, the government doesn't enforce these laws, hence the dogs, which aare still being used.

  • @Mikeymc93 Fox hunters are "doing society a favour" are they? So, when terriermen dig out a fox that’s gone to ground and laugh while it suffocates in a plastic sack, they’re doing us a favour? When they stamp on unearthed cubs, they’re doing usa favour? When they train their hounds by giving them a young fox with its lower jaw sawn off, they’re doing usa favour, are they?

Do you know what? I reckon society will manage without them.

  • @Mikeymc93 I have plenty to do, fella, but I will not keep silent when people (who presumably have “nothing better to do”) inflict suffering and death on wildlife as entertainment, as a ‘sport’.

“It’s not often foxes are caught”? No? So, more often than not the fox gets away? I thought it was suppsed to be ‘pest control’? What kind of fucking ‘pest control’ is it that, by your own admission, fails so often to ‘control’ the ‘pest’? lol I don’t think you’ve thought this through, fella.

  • scrap the act, keep hunting!!!!

  • Sad that some people have nothing better to do than to try and destroy age old traditions like hunting ! It's not often foxes are caught and even if they are it's doing society a favour they are afterall vermine , pity the fox that mauled and killed a baby in England last year was not killed by hounds

  • @studvalley116 Wont happen because they are all cowards like your self that can only leave unoriginal comments on here.

  • YOU LOT ARE FUCKING CRIMINALS! I HOPE MORE PEOPLE GO OUT AND FIGHT YOU!

  • Nice video, nice tradition you have there........

  • are you allowed to have a coloured horse at the ledbury hunt?

  • Bloody fantastic sight , fight the ban !!! Keep hunting !!!!!

  • Simon Hart is chief executive of pro‑hunting Countryside Alliance—and Tory candidate for Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire.

The Countryside Alliance is backed by some of the wealthiest landowners in Britain.

Hart said of his campaign funding, I am doing it via personal friends who have chosen to support me.

But the truth is huge amounts have surged into the constituency from pro-hunting Tory big businessmen and the idle toffs that support this disgusting spectacle.
