well "ask her out" cuz if you want her to be more then just a friend then really its already uncomfortable for you just having her only as a friend anyway when you know you want her as more so if she says no then its a no and both of you can move on and continue being friends and if its too uncomfortable just being friends after she said no then oh well it would have been unconformable for you not asking her out anyway and if she says yes then hey your good to go so "ASK HER OUT!"
