I've never seen this stretch before. I tried it and it was totally awesome. It stretched parts of my lower back and other places I've never felt stretch before. I never got a boner though.

I've become accustomed to immaturity on you tube but wouldn't expect it from those who would seek out a video of this nature. Yes, it looks like the gentleman has a boner. I noticed, the kid in me silently giggled a little and I got over it. It could have been the shorts or it could have been an erection. Who cares, it happens. This is a well demonstrated posture. Period.

We had the shorts made and they had that little quality . But we had everything set so we carried on .

Didn't even know about arm to leg triangle until I saw this. I've only done one where you bend forward and sweep one arm under the torso to touch the floor.

Yurikan Where you bend forward and sweep one arm under the torso to touch the floor. That is the full form,. This is only the beginners version , If you are restricted in certain areas you need to work with where you are at. To get your hand to the floor is not the only goal. You get more benefit working correctly aligned to your own limits. Trying to do the full posture for the postures sake can lead to injuries and weakness in areas that are not worked that should be.
