She is doing really well thank you. She did start having blood in her urine but a urinary test showed it is a UTI which is good. Baytril is clearing it up nicely. She used to have blood in her urine from the tumor but hasn't had any since she started her meds for the tumor. So I was relieved to find out it was just a UTI and not the tumor. She certainly is surprising me. I'm so blessed that she is still with me. Even the vet is surprised! She's a fighter. Thanks so much for asking about her. 8-)

Hey guys do you have any tips?? I'm saving up to get 2 guinea pigs. At first I just wanted one but I heard they get lonley. So what would you guys suggest I get for them like what toys and what cage?

Hi,

My girls really love running through tubes. They love anything that they can chew on and hide in. I just bought them a hay tunnel from Oxbow. They think it's the greatest thing! They also love their bell (see other video).

I would recommend a C&C cage (cubes and coroplast). It's way cheaper and offers way more space. One level is really easy to make. You can get the cubes at Target in the closet aisle and call places that make signs for the coroplast. Good luck!

lols- it is just that pigs' skin dry out easily, and unless your pig has some skin infection and you saw a vet, then once a month is better. i have three; two girls and one boy pig. so i bathe them a day apart- i can't wash so many pigs at once! lols.

first question: You might want to bathe the guinea pig atleast once every other week or every week give it lots of vegetables especially carrots play with them alot to and get it lots of toys and maybe a partner so you need to invest in a second guinea pig

Second Question: it will get along with your puppie if your puppie gets along with because from my personal experience guinea pigs are extra friendly....... And yes i know im a bit too late!!!!
