That guy is a paraplegic. He isn't shifting his weight. His foot fell off the footrest.

I will admit, the downward sweep of the frame and the wide, malleable casters on the front do make it look like it is far superior to a standard style wheel chair in terms of accessibility.

What about the gentleman shifting his weight to his feet at 0:36?

Actually, it's the opposite. If we had put a non-disabled guy in our wheelchair, and he could do things that a disabled guy couldn't do, that would be false advertising. But, when the non-disabled guy is in the standard chair and the chair still can't function well while a disabled guy in our chair does fine over the same terrain is even more proof that our chair is a superior chair.

Wow, that is amazing that you guys guys are allowed to bait and switch like that, at the expense of disabled consumers. There is a special place in hell for people that take advantage of the gullibility of the handicapped. Shame on you.

yes. He's a non-disabled guy in a standard chair. The guys in the RoughRider all use wheelchairs in their daily lives.

I can't put a web address here, but if you go to our website and add "customize-order/" after the URL you (without the quotes), you'll see how to order and price. Price is $799 plus shipping. We willl also give away one chair just like it to someone who needs one in a developing country through our Buy One Give One program

If you know how to ride, you can go up a curb, but you can do that with any chair. We still haven't overcome gravity yet.
