@NowThePeople I'm not sure if this particular place is in Canada (Not all of Canada is covered in snow like this), but it's legal to kill adult seals ._.
But I'm pretty sure the killing of baby harp seals is illegal. And yes, they do it for the fur. Which is 100% stupidity. Harp seals are one of my favorite animals <3 They are so cute.

I live in the US so I'm not familiar with what exactly happens. Is this Canada? Do they kill seals up there for the fur? and Is it illegal? Thanks, I'm curious to know. I'm 100% in love with the baby seals:)

With new tech creating synthetic textiles, there is no excuse for people to hunt for any animal fur. But I love this video. The mother and baby connecting and bonding is touching. Toward the video's end, the baby seal dozing off for a little nap was really heart warming. Nicely done video :)
