He is referenced in the Jewish Talmud as a evil magician because He raised the dead and by Josephus as "probably the Messiah". His brother was referenced by Josephus who was a Pharisee who had rejected Jesus as Messiah originally. There were over 500 witnesses to His appearance after death and ascension into heaven.

You are working from a self-refuting world view that has no epistemological foundation to ground your apparent misplaced faith in science. Nice try but be consistent. A world view that can't be lived consistently ain't really a world view.
You need to research Jesus if you do not accept Him historically. Try "The Historical Jesus" by Norman Geisler for starters. We don't make faith based claims about His existence. It is recorded history. Find out for yourself.

THEY ARE! Epistemology is epistemology. Unlike YOU, I can know things. You cannot establish a foundation for your beliefs without making foundational "assumptions" as you call them. Well, my presuppositions are in complete conformity with the universe! They explain and do not contradict science or reality as I know it. You can't boast that. You can't explain the universe or prove that you exist to me if you are holding to atheism or agnosticism.

@ChristianVoice08 jesus was a man. purpotedly gods son or god himself made flesh...correct? a physical being...died....rose from the dead, walked around for a bit & chilled with his mates & then ascended into heaven. now if he'd have made it back to earth somehow i'm sure we'd've all heard about it. no?
so how come he came back to live in you without telling everyone else he was coming?

i'm not convinced that the stories about jesus and the bible are all entirely accurate or correct.
also, are you saying that the search for god and the study of physical, measurable, repeatable & attestable properties are one & the same thing to be gone about in exactly the same way? that's absurd my friend.

What hypocrisy. You just threw out ALL history, ALL science, ALL recent science (because you aren't present at every experiment to verify the results are the way they are stated in the reported results in the journal) and even CURRENT NEWS! How absurd is that?
