bought a refurb. xbox 360 from gamestop for $100 6 months later it gets rrod opened it up all of this that u did was already done so WTF this isnt permanently all i was able to do was put thermal paste on and overheat it to work temporarily now rrod happens so much i just do the towel trick and ive done that like 50 times now and still works

looks like cpu and gpu are getting desoldered from board.it that issue with xbox?are the new models of console more resistant for overheating?is this new heatsink mount much better?so you fix that and how long it lasts to nex fix until compound gets dry again?
