  • I wish I could Afford one of your planes, all I can afford are CF, Rc Airplanes :) Take care and Have fun, Chellie

  • @CHELLIE2408 We also wish everyone could afford one of our airplanes. There are a bunch of great kits out there that can be built on a pretty tight budget. They may not have all the features as the LP1 but we're always trying to encourage people to build an aircraft and share in the spirit of aviation. Check out the Thatcher cx4 aircraft. It's a single seater built from plans (they are also starting up kit production).

  • Beautiful Air Plane :) Very SEXY :) LOL Its Just begging to be a 4 seater :) Keep up the Awesome Work, Chellie

  • @CHELLIE2408 Thanks for the nice comments Chellie. Being a modular design we are eager about the 4 seat design...but not until after the 2 seat LP1 is flying. Check out the Algie Composite Aircraft Yahoo Group for more information and to follow some of the progress. Also we have a facebook page, just search for Woodward Aerospace.

  • @brucenash Those are estimates. Airplane manufacturers always produce performance estimates before they produce the aircraft. Nobody who knows about aircraft believes any of them until those estimates have been replaced by measurements. I am...less than impressed. I can think of a number of things that could be major design issues that wouldn't be apparent to the uninitiated, but which could prevent the aircraft from ever flying, forget about being produced even in limited quantity.

  • It's Winter of 2011. Did it fly? Amazing shape!!! Just beautiful! Please show it flying!

  • 5800 fpm climb? 385 mph cruise? 29,000 ft ceiling without supplementary oxygen? All sounds a little bit optimistic. You're starting to get into fighter jet realms right there.

  • it reminds me of a carbon lancair. It would be neat to see an aerobatic version like an extra 300

  • I have a dumb question! how do u know the specs of the airplane if it hasnt flyed yet?

  • Hi Dave, I found this on you tube, I thought it might give you some ideas for a 6 passanger plane in the future :) Take care, Chellie

i could not enter the link but just enter the info below in the search
