@glinda808 MINOR CORRECTION: The BAD interview I mentioned aired on MTV Canada, not MuchMusic. It still really sucks, though. The station had THREE idiot interviewers (I guess the bosses don't know how to say "no" to anyone), each worse than the last. Amy started out being very genuine and open, but soon clammed up and her facial expression said "get me the hell outta here." She seemed irritated, and I don't blame her one bit. This interview is a delight, by comparison.

... not that there's anything wrong with that.

... and the interviewer got her to talk about that. I always find that the best interviews are like a conversation. This interview felt that way to me. (If you want to see a really BAD interview, check out the three-person dweeb panel on Canada's MuchMusic. PAINFUL.) This interview feels very human and personal to me. How do you like Austin? What have you done? How's the tour? BTW, whatever else is going on in this interview, Amy is TOTALLY flirting with the interviewer, beginning at 0:45...

After Amy died, I watched every interview with her I could find. A lot of comments have criticized this interviewer, but I have to say that of the many, many interviews I've seen, this has emerged as one of my two or three favourites. Why? Because I see a side of Amy here that I've not seen anywhere else. She's relaxed, animated and completely herself. I love seeing how excited she was about the hot-sauce shop. If I lived in Austin, I'd want to know what she liked about my city... (continued...)

The interview was great until she started badgering Amy with the Drug and alcohol questions.

The interviewer is condescending Amy. After Amy said "I'd be a hypocrite if i said don't ask me" then she said "well there are plenty of people that are good at being hypocrites". I don't really like the interviewer....
The interviewer is a babbling fool. Amy was a musical genius and deserved the respect of intelligent questions. Love & Peace, Amy!

..she was so fresh and alive at this interview..its so hard to believe that shes gone-I cant believe this...she was such a human person, so lovely, cute, nice...her voise was/is just amazing, I love to hear her music, I love to hear like shes speaking..its a big lost in every way.But I think, if she could turn back time and have the chance to live again-she woudnt take this chance.I think she wanted to go, just go and be free... now she is free and looks from above with a big smile Rip angel
