I hate how skeptic some people are. You see something you don't understand and you label it as fake, or some kind of trick, or camera magic. You are the people who don't realize that physical reality makes up less than 1% of actual reality. Our true reality contains infinite possibilities. @dushan1 Just a word of advice: if you are serious about learning this, then keep in mind that during meditation the ego can get in the way. That being said, if you want to be able to harness this energy for purely egoistic reasons, you'll find it much harder to be able to sustain it, rather than if it's for altruistic reasons.
