hey exo, i may have found some other stuff thats an even better deal than "peel & seal". All i can find for pricing on peel & seal is about 100 bucks for 100sq ft. My local hardware store has some stuff i am going to look at tomorrow that is the same thing for $33 for 100sq ft. I post again if it looks like it will work,

@EXOabigdeal I didn't catch the brand name today but they gave me a 3' x 4" strip to test. I measured it and its 1.5mm thick. I figure that is about 60mil thickness. I feels nice and ply-able and has a bit of weight to it. I work 12 hour days at my job and this is my weekend. i bought a heat gun and roller and monday i will pull a door panel and try it out.

@EXOabigdeal I put some on my door today. It's a little tacky after it cools but i can throw some plastic film over it to protect my panel. The stuff has a texture. It tries to tear if i force it into some spots. I think that's my fault, i tried push the center of a piece into a recess and should have used the edge. ive only partially covered the drivers side outer door skin and some of the inner door skin and i can tell a difference. My passenger door rattles but My drivers door does not.
