I think you did a wonderful job putting this together, and appreciate all of your hard work. Wayne, did write the lyrics to this song around the letter that he bought out of the Souteby auction. He and Elvis were very close friends and Wayne did a great job on this as a tribute to the KING!! Thank you for posting this....

This song,that note,just goes to prove Elvis was a prisoner of his own fame. He didnt want it,he wanted to be with his family. He wanted to go home. On August 16,1977 the Lord took Elvis home and he is with his Mom,Dad and Jesse now. He will be joined by Pricilla and Lisa Marie one day and thats when Elvis will trully be home.
