KAIAC SOCCER SEASON 08/09: YISS 2:0 OAHS (Full Highlights)

(This is a well-overdue highlight video of our soccer team, we apologize for the major delay)

It's only been one year since the Yongsan Guardians and the Osan Cougars were labeled as rivals in the KAIAC Soccer Season with the likes of Daniel Jung and Carlos Albaladejo (both class of 2008) leading the two sides, but that was broken when the Guardians toppled the Cougars in the 07/08 season, 11-1 Guardians' home and 7-1 Cougars' home. With a majority of the returning squad gone, Derek Becker and Eugene So (both class of 2008) led the team against the Guardians again to lose their home game 6-1 (with Jonathan Park '11 scoring a hatrick plus one) and their away game only 2-0. David Kim (class of 2010) has already broken the Guardians' record of 40 career goals (previously held by David Hyun), and added one more to his tally in this game.

The Guardians finished 2nd in the First Division Conference 08/09 with a record of 12-1-1, while the Cougars finished 5th with a record of 5-1-8.
