World of Warcraft (2004) PC gameplay

This video isn't really interesting for those that have played the game. I played the 10 day trial to see if I want to buy this, and I don't. I got my orc hunter up to level 15, flew from Barrens to Orgrimmar (flying is awesome), did quests, fought alongside some guys. Half of the quests are really annoying (go back to kill 10 zebras, kill 15 ostriches, kill 20 crabs). I didn't want to spend more time than the 20 hours I did with the trial. At the end of the video there are also other races I've tried: human, undead, tauren, gnome, elf. Playing with the undead looked the most kick-a$$!!, with orc and elf coming in second in my tastes list. Oh and I've had my lifetime supply of idiotic cheesy lines like "with mighty strength our burning honour and blood of retribution will vanquish our dark eternal enemies". Everything sounds like the end of the world is coming to Hollywood.

This game used to rock, unfortunately it no longer does. I blame the atmosphere and community for this, it just isn't World of Warcraft any more.

People are way too harsh on new MMOs. This was WoW in 2004. It had a good foundation, but needed lots of patches to get to its UNDENIABLY GOOD status. I think SWTOR can do the same.
