A clip of Ray Davies playing the Kink's classic Waterloo Sunset at Newcastle Opera House on 2 October 2005. It was great to see such a wide range of ages - good music can cross all age barriers
Ray has one of THE greatest singing voices in rock history, hands down. And even with the bad sound of this clip, he STILL sounds like a million bucks, even 40 years later! Amazing. Nice too that the song is slowed down rather than sped up, as a lot of singers do when performing their older songs.

God Save the Kinks!
