your dillusional or at best just rude thats why you find it so hard to get anything accoplished, noone wants to work with you. Never had an Issue and have always had fantastic service from Dell /Alienware even when my LCD went (powersupply)  days after the 3 year warranty was up. I will only Deal with Dell and Alienware have 6 Dell PCs and 2 Laptops and 1 Alienware M17X

I had an m7700 years ago and did have issues, which I fixed, because Alienware wouldn't.
If you know how to build a system, you really are better off doing it yourself. You can get better components, for less. Nothing delusional about that at all. It's reality.
And Dell monitors are garbage. You want to spend money? Put it towards a professional class NEC MultiSync or similar.

I learned the hard way, by wasted my money getting crap everyone else said was so great.
Now I know better.

Alienware is a middleman now anyway. They used to make the systems themselves. Now they are made in china and they slap an Alienware logo on it.

I had a HDD problem on my m7700 and Alienware wouldn't even take the thing back to fix it, so I hung up and did it myself. Their service is SHIT.

ive been building better machines for 1/3 the price of alienware computers for years now. dont waste ya money. their nothing special..

well if u follow the link there are 3 alien faces and the ad says "THEY" are comming so alienware maybe having 3 lines of product each with different features and strengths... but thats only a guess though..

That's actually a good idea tbh. Maybe a REALLY powerful group, a luxury based group and well...I dunno LOL
