All of them except California and New Jersey I believe.
Call them suppressors, not silencers. Only noobs say silencer.
Suppressors and select fire fall under the unconstitutional National Firearms Act of 1935. You will have to pay a $200 tax to the government on it.

You do not need a permit. You simply fill out a form Four, 2 fingerprint cards, and pay BATF a $200 transfer tax.
The following States allow legal ownership.
AL, AR, AK, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MO (with C&R), MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY.

@i1HITurMom it has nothing to do with how built he is or isnt, its about the way he positions his body

@MurderSoul216 Only elitists behind a keyboard say supressor is the only correct term.
-
@MurderSoul216 Too bad you're wrong. Hiram Maxim patented no such thing as a suppressor. The Maxim Silencer, however, was trademarked in 1902. Therefore, what one calls it doesn't matter.
fail.
