  • @xxsashaschannelxx We started with a few Harbor Freight 45 Watt Solar Panel Kits which run about $150-$200 each. But you still have to buy batteries which can run over $100 each. These would work fine for a teaching project. If you want to light up your classroom you will need some big panels which run $300-600 each panel depending on wattage. We started our big project with one of the starter kits from partsonsale,com which can run from $750 to $10,000 or even more.
