you are right about Iraq and Afganistan. 100%. yet, it's not good for any affairs to start with demands of apologies, preconditions, etc. if Obama expresses a wish to improve US- muslim world relations he must be given the opportunity without making any kinds of obstacles. let the man show how well his words meet his deeds.
