Real punk isn't anarchy, mohawks and leather jackets. It's about defying the social norms and being who you wanna be. Real emo isn't side fringes, tight jeans and whiny teenagers. Jesus Emo has become a joke. Wtf happened to Rites of spring and I hate myself? None of them looked or sounded the way "emo" is perceived today. Makes me sad.

Being punk is a philosophy, it's a lifestyle. We try to make understanding of the world without religion or government. We preach change through music and you can hear that in bands like strike anywhere, anti-flag, pennywise, strung out, bad religion, black flag and many other bands.
