    I'm not sure why the Maggiano's Chef said that the dish "has lots of bright colors." It probably tastes good, but I think it would have a better presentation with some chopped fresh tomatoes and parsley.

    Didn't the Chef or the camera man notice she said the name of the restaurant wrong? There is no "N" before the "G" in Maggiano's. She says Mangiano's, twice. I think she's getting it confused with mangiamo (let's eat in Italian) or some derivative.

    Whoever editrf this fails to understand the 180-degree rule and continuity...first the saucepan is in front...then viola...its on the back of the stove. The jump cut edits make this look very amateurish.
