Well, I did some more digging and discovered that there is a character in Return to House on Haunted Hill called Dr. Richard Benjamin Vannacutt portrayed by none other than Star Trek's Jeffery Combs! It is this character that for whatever reason someone in the myspaceosphere thought they could parody with their own pastiche, and voila: Dr. Doctor Slasher. Case closed. OR IS IT?!?!
