testing some movements I made for a new game character. Animations are no, yes, walking, straight punch, side snap kick and front push kick. all lovingly hand crafted pose to pose.

I used a make human model as reference to model the low poly mesh and then baked the textures and normals from the makehuman to my low poly mesh. This turned out to be a very helpfull exercise to improve my mesh building ability. low poly version is just over 1100 vertices.

The armature is as simple as I could make it and has a nice hand and foot IK setup.

rendered with GLSL, 2 hemi lights for ambience, a point light for directional, and a spot light for buffer shadows.
