This is in Act 2 at the very end of the "One Shot, One Kill" mission. You have to fight off hordes of enemies with your superior, while waiting for the chopper to come save you. If you are playing on Veteran or Hardened difficulty (this video was done on Hardened), then you might find this helpful. This DOES work on Veteran, as hundreds of comments on this video to that effect will prove.

Attention, i was playing this on veteran and its really difficult, pause at 0:20 that building he is looking at go beside it in a alley and hide they until the chopper comes then use your clamores and c4 to get mcmillan and finish the mission, btw i got this info from another youtube video cant find it but this trategy is they best and easiests

that def was the easy way, i went behind where the bumper cars are and just camped there,soon as they pop round the corner , pick them off, wish id have seen this before now lol

Enemies on veteran spam-throw grenades so its quite anoyying to stay behind MacNuggets

This video helped a lot.
What I did though was peaked out behind the hiding place occasionally and picked off a fair amount with my AK
Then forest gumped to McMillan and got really lucky not dying
