The only difference between farmville players and a mouse pushing a lever for a treat, is the mouse actually gets a tangible reward. Its an advertising engine with psychological manipulations that are intentional for a never ending "game" that asks for repeated cash investment and emails addresses of your "friends" for its growing advertising database which its sells to the many companies. What better way to get more customers than a "friends" invitation to play a game....that is damn sinister!
