I am running it on 512mb im not kidding when i do run and dxdiag it says i got 4970mb left of juice but i only use 500mb i got 3.33ghz

@TheBetaFox youre right. Under normal use it does work. I installed Windows 7 ULTIMATE on a Dell Desktop with Pentium 4 processor and 512MB of RAM. Of course Aero does not work but It runs most daily normal use apps like Google Chrome, Firefox, (Can watch youtube videos fine and even watch streamed wideos too). Runs latest Yahoo Messenger 11 fine, Skype, Oovoo (video calls with webcam works fairly fine). For office applications I use Open office and it works fairly fine, Not fast but works okay.

Someone practically BEGGED me to install Windows 7 on her PC which had a 1GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM and a 40 GB HDD.
It ran quite smoothly - and it only used ~128 MB of RAM when idle. :)

@LooperNor If it makes no difference weather or not its running in a VM, get a computer with low specs and install it on it. Bam, problem solved. I would love to see that.
