Girl Talk: Periods

So, I know this is a weird subject to talk about but I felt girls who have no other way of finding out about periods or who don't have an open relationship with their parents should have someone who is going through it tell them what a period is like.

Dont be scared, its normal. The extent of the suckiness is that its annoying. Thats it.

If you have any issues, health wise or if its irregular talk to a doctor because I obviously am not one.
