i'm pretty certain there are about 6,973,738,433 humans on earth right now with a long history of dead ones. there's bound to be 2 humans with a similar quality of voice...these women have extremely active good souls apart from their beautiful, artistic and diverse music. drop your stereotypical judgements and start appreciating the world and the gifts it gives to you. cocorosie is one of them. plus, if your ears were more trained you would be able to recognize a distinct difference from bjork.

Statement is generalized and quite illiterate... not in a sense of diction, but in a sense of taste. Go home and listen to real hipster music.. it's on the radio!

yeah, i was originally just responding to some person's random generalization about cocorosie being "hipster" and "unoriginal" and defending the artists, the bjork comment was in the middle, someone took it personally along the way and now i'm just enjoying the influx of responses.

Alright well that seems pretty unnecessary, I highly doubt he meant anything by it, just pointing out the fact that they have similar tone quality and style, which they do, and no there isn't anything wrong with that.

Oh, and for goodness sakes...if you are going to condescend then at least capitalize. If you don't even capitalize the I when referring to yourself you kind of look like an IQ poseur and not someone with real intelligence.

You should never hide who you are. Having said that I have friends who are excellent carpenters. Being good at that doesn't give them license to only buy a hammer and refuse to use other tools any more than your intelligence gives you the right to condescend to we lowly peons. If your toolbox only has one tool in it I wouldn't take that as a point of pride no matter who or what you are using that tool to shape.
