I am not certain about the title of this tune but it is certainly not "A Shanty In Old Shanty Town".

Well, that is the only name I've been able to find for this video. There isn't a lot of info available on this band.
But according to the sources I've been able to find that is the correct title.
I know it isn't the more famous song called in a shanty in old shanty town, but it wouldn't be the first time that different songs had the same title.
