dumb ass. Even the most primary idea of playing music from a flash storage device did not come from Apple. Apple stole that idea from a smaller consumer electronics firm call "Creative". Innovation? My balls. using a diamond to smooth and polish the edges of the phone does not mean innovation. Making a phone thinner than an inch is not innovation. Innovation is coming out with new ideas for a technology that no one possess.

I own this phone in black and sadly it's already showing chips and wearing away in the black anodized aluminum. I took it to apple and they said "that's normal." What a bunch of BS. So your industry standard has sunk to normal being faded and used looking brand new smart phones. that i paid well worth a months rent for. But I was more than glad to send the VP of Apple a piece of my mind. And don't get me wrong I'm not an apple hater. I love their products but this is mind boggling and insulting.

Apple saves lives. Seriously. Those of us that are A-D-D / Dyslexic are thankful to have begun using the first machines in childhood. So for those at AppleCare that do not get it, for Apple Customer Relations help desk personnel - you're not at Microsoft or HP, you need to understand the HEART of your boss Jonathan Ive - HE CARES, he understands Empathy, he connects w/ the real person experiencing Apple. You should watch videos he narrates. If you cannot CARE, you should work with Microsoft.
