Cedar Point is the roller coaster capital of the world- it is in Sandusky, Ohio (U.S.A). It has been voted "World's Greatest Ammusement Park" for 14 years in a row, with 4 of the top 10 roller coasters in the world and some of the biggest and fastest coasters ever made. Cedar Point has 76 rides and 17 roller coasters. That's more rides and more coasters than any other park in the world! They have 68 places to eat, 21 shows, 14 hotel properties, 5 are right in the park and 3 are suites! Cedar Point also has it's own water park (Soak City) and Challenge Park right in the Cedar Point park. And the entire park is a big peninsula with a beach, surrounded by Lake Erie.

Cedar Point is a coaster lover's dream come true.
Thrill Rides. From rocking, rolling and rotating to being turned upside down, dropped suddenly or thrust upward at 50 mph, Cedar Point is a thrill-seekers delight! Carousels have captured the American imagination since their golden age during the 1890s through the mid-1920s perhaps like no other amusement ride ever has. Its something about the memories they invoke, their gentle whirling nature and how a simple spin on one of these beautifully classic machines can take you back in time. Cedar Point knows this feeling well. With three authentic operating carousels, Cedar Point is home to more than any other park in the world. Cedar Point is a child's ultimate playground! The park features four areas just for kids including Camp Snoopy, the Gemini Children's Area, Planet Snoopy and Kiddy Kingdom. If you like to spin, Cedar Point has just what you're looking for! For guests who prefer milder thrills, a variety of relaxing rides await you. Every member of your family is sure to find one that is just right for them. The cure for those hot summer days! From a gigantic tidal wave to churning rapids, Cedar Point has two water rides sure to cool you off!

  • Actually Thorpe Park is way better than this now.

  • Its funny how nobody remembers that if there's too much weight on the top thrill dragster,it wont make it past the top and you will be falling the same way you went up the hill. Thumbs up if you agree.
