The Nunwood Top 100 league table is the key component of Nunwood's Global Customer Experience Excellence Programme - a systemic approach to identifying and codifying best practice across a number of key global industry sectors.
This is the second year of publication in the UK.
The research spanned 7,300 consumers and more than 250 UK brands. In 2011, the study has been extended to cover the link between experiences, recommendation, repurchase behaviour and commercial outcomes.
